Member Benefits
Benefits included in the annual fee for all members of the Swedish Acupuncture Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
- Members are offered two-day training seminar twice a year. Well-known international lecturer on the subject acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, lecturing and giving workshops. - Liability and patient insurance. All active members must have a comprehensive liability and patient insurance. It is compulsory and is provided by the union.
- Member magazine acupuncturist with current information including the League and its work with the authorities to get akupunktörerna recognized as a profession, VAT exemption, the shedding of TCM to the public, interesting articles and more.
- Marketing of all members on our website in the register of members.
- Access to brochures on acupuncture and the union.
- The Association has an office that receives phone calls and emails from the public, government agencies and members.
- As a member you also get access to a network of other tkm acupuncturists around Sweden.
- By association, you can also take out an affordable practice / business insurance. It is voluntary and is not included in the membership fee. You will automatically receive an offer of this from the insurance company.
The membership fee in 2012 for active membership is 3800 SEK, which is divided in two installments over one year.
For student members, the fee is SEK 1,000 total per year.
