Approved courses in traditional Chinese acupuncture and conventional medicine
Swedish Acupuncture Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine, working together with several schools in Sweden. The schools have close contact with the union and regular quality control is done by accredited schools. Membership in the Association requires training in traditional Chinese acupuncture and conventional medicine.
Swedish Acupuncture Association accepts only education in acupuncture in humans.
Student Membership is a very inexpensive student membership can be solved in Swedish Acupuncture Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Membership can be solved if you start to view the acupuncture training or basmedicin according to the Association syllabus. The student membership includes two seminar weekends annually. On these weekends are invited national and international lecturer in the subject of traditional Chinese medicine. And include four copies of membership magazine acupuncturist annually. But is not entitled to vote at the union's member polls and not the right to use the association name and logo. Students can take out a patient liability for 1200 dollars. Swedish Acupuncture Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine has teamed up with several schools within the school medicine in Sweden, which follows the union's mission statement / curriculum equivalent to 60 credits in the subject. To qualify as an active member, an acupuncturist with traditional Chinese medicine, is needed in addition to training in acupuncture school also Médicins training called basmedicin for membership. Approved basmedicin for membership are met, including through in Sweden passed examination for doctors, dentists, nurses, physiotherapists, naprapath and chiropractor.
